The curtain is rising once again on one of Delhi’s most awaited cultural events — the Delhi Theatre Festival (DTF) 2025. Set to take place from November 14 to 16, this three-day extravaganza promises a showcase of powerful performances, celebrated artists, and timeless storytelling that will keep audiences spellbound across the city.
Organised by Alchemist Live, the Delhi Theatre Festival has become a defining event in India’s performing arts calendar. What began as a small initiative to promote live theatre among younger audiences has grown into India’s largest theatre festival, spanning multiple venues across Delhi and Gurugram. This year, the excitement is bigger than ever with over 12 performances across four major auditoriums — Siri Fort Auditorium, NCUI Auditorium, OP Jindal Auditorium, and Aurum Conventions in Gurugram.
The Line-Up:
Season 6 of DTF is star-studded and diverse, bringing together a lineup of iconic theatre artists who’ve defined India’s stage scene.
- Naseeruddin Shah will step into the shoes of the genius physicist in Einstein, a play that’s both intellectually gripping and emotionally stirring.
- Anupam Kher, with his widely acclaimed Kuch Bhi Ho Sakta Hai, returns to inspire audiences with his autobiographical solo act that celebrates resilience and reinvention.
- Lillete Dubey will present Autobiography, a Delhi premiere that promises a deeply personal and layered theatrical experience.
