Delhi flyers to enjoy Emirates' iconic A380 with Premium Economy cabins, enhanced comfort, and more seating options on one of the airline's busiest India routes.

International travel from Delhi is about to get even more luxurious. Emirates has announced that it will deploy its flagship Airbus A380 aircraft on the Delhi–Dubai route from October 2026, bringing its world-renowned onboard experience to one of India's busiest international sectors.

The move is part of Emirates' broader expansion across India, introducing Premium Economy cabins and upgraded aircraft on multiple routes, offering passengers more comfort, additional seating capacity, and premium travel amenities.

Emirates Airbus A380 Coming to Delhi:

Starting from October 2026, Emirates will operate its iconic Airbus A380 on flights EK512 and EK513 between Delhi and Dubai in a four-class configuration. The deployment will significantly increase seat availability while introducing the airline's highly acclaimed Premium Economy experience for Delhi travellers.

Passengers flying on the route can choose from:

  • First Class

  • Business Class

  • Premium Economy

  • Economy Class

The A380 is the world's largest passenger aircraft and is renowned for its spacious cabins, quieter interiors, and premium onboard services.

Premium Economy Expands Across India:

Emirates is also expanding its Premium Economy offering to six major Indian cities by the end of October 2026.

The rollout includes:

  • Delhi

  • Mumbai – 22 weekly flights

  • Ahmedabad – 9 weekly flights

  • Bengaluru – 7 weekly flights

  • Kolkata – 12 weekly flights

  • Kochi – 2 weekly flights

For Delhi passengers, Premium Economy will be available not only on the Airbus A380 but also on Boeing 777-operated flights EK511, EK515, and EK517.

Delhi remains one of Emirates' busiest destinations in India, and the introduction of the Airbus A380 reflects the growing demand for premium international travel.
