International Day of Families is celebrated every year on May 15th worldwide. It was held for the first time on May 15th, 1994 to increase awareness about many issues affecting families like healthcare, education, violence, discrimination and gender equality.

This year, the theme of International Day of Families is “Family Oriented Policies for Sustainable Development: Towards the Second World Summit for Social Development.”

It is the perfect day to spend time with your families, whether you want to go for a lovely meal together or stay back home, curl up together and watch a good movie. On International Day of Families 2025, here are 7 Netflix movies that will make for a good family watch:
