ButterHands, the latest dessert-centric venture from the creators of Melt House, has officially launched in the National Capital Region with the opening of its flagship outlet at Select Citywalk Mall, New Delhi. The debut marks a bold move into the region’s vibrant food scene as part of a new wave of local discovery platforms focused on unique culinary experiences.
If oversized, gooey, New York–style cookies are your love language, ButterHands is about to become your new favourite stop.
ButterHands began as a small, experimental cookie concept within Melt House’s kitchen in Gurugram. What followed were consistent sell-outs, social media hype, and a growing fan base demanding more. The Delhi NCR launch marks the brand’s first full-scale retail presence — and a big step in turning ButterHands into a standalone dessert destination.
ButterHands keeps things refreshingly focused. The menu revolves around thick, handcrafted cookies — each weighing around 130 grams — with crisp edges and molten centres. To pair with the cookies, the outlet also serves hot and iced chocolates, malted milkshakes, and coffee, making it an easy dessert stop or post-shopping treat.
Delhi NCR has no shortage of cafés, but cookie-centric brands are still rare. ButterHands fills that gap by turning a single product into an experience — something quick, indulgent, and highly shareable.
