
A 'Talent Hunt Scheme' will be introduced by the Delhi government to identify and support up-and-coming artists in the nation's capital. It will also give them a stage on which to display their skills, get professional coaching, and strive for global recognition.
The program, which was initially unveiled by Chief Minister Rekha Gupta at the 2025–2026 Budget presentation, would concentrate on spotting and developing potential in fields like dance, music, folk art, classical performance, instrumental music, and photography. The initiative would assist artists reach a worldwide audience in addition to helping them improve their craft.
With an emphasis on reflecting the cultural richness of the city, the proposal would guarantee inclusive involvement from all cultures and backgrounds. Workshops, contests, and mentorship programs will be held in order to provide participants with the tools and connections they need to further their artistic development.
