As a component of the larger Delhi-Varanasi bullet train project, the Delhi-Lucknow bullet train is a proposed high-speed rail corridor that aims to provide quick bullet train connectivity between Delhi and 14 cities in Uttar Pradesh, reducing travel times to just 4 hours between Delhi and Varanasi, 2 hours between Delhi and Lucknow, and roughly 48 minutes between Delhi and Prayagraj.
