HRTC would run special buses on October 29th and 30th for Himachalis returning from Delhi and Chandigarh for Diwali. The corporation's management has made all necessary preparations for this. The bus schedule has also been prepared. On the 29th and 30th of October, 13 special buses will run from Chandigarh via various routes. Special buses will run from Delhi just on October 30th.
The company has also begun online booking for these services, allowing passengers to book online. If the online booking is filled, the corporation would run additional buses from Chandigarh and Delhi on demand to ensure that customers arriving home on Diwali do not encounter any problems. These bus services will also operate on the return trip after Diwali.
These will operate from Delhi to Palampur via Sujanpur, Kosari, and Jasalpur. Buses will run from Delhi to Kangra, Sujanpur via Naidun, Palampur via Dehra, Kangra, Hamirpur four-lane, Kangra via Naidun-Jwalaji, and Delhi to Kangra via Una. The corporation will also run special buses on demand if any.
Additional Volvo buses would be operated from Delhi to Shimla and other destinations. The corporation has now begun posting the timetables of new buses on its website. Passengers will be able to book seats after learning about additional buses on the corporation's website.
